Loin With Oran

Ingredients:
  • 8 veal loins
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  •  4 tbsp oi
  •  2 tbsp mustard
  •  2 tbsp orange zest
  •  1 tbsp soy sauce
  •  1 tbsp cornstarch
  •  1 1/2 tsp thyme
  •  1 garlic clove, crushed
  •  Salt and pepper

Preparing:

1. Season the veal loins with mustard, garlic, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp thyme, salt and pepper.
Seal loins in a pan with oil on both sides, remove from pan and reserve.

2. Add the red wine to the skillet, 1 tbsp thyme, orange zest and let it reduce for a few minutes.

3. Add the cornstarch dissolved in orange juice and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve veal with orange sauce and thyme.

Kolak Duren


Ramuan:
  • Daging dari 1 ukuran menengah durian buah
  • 7 fl. oz. santan kelapa
  • 8 oz. gula aren merah, buah persik yang diiris [yang] tipis
  • 1 tsp jahe bedak
  • 1 tsp kayu manis
  • 1000 ml. air
Pembuatan:

  • Irisan Tipis gula aren merah masukkan kedalam suatu wadah kuah.
  • Tuangkan air ke dalam panci kuah, kemudian aduk campuran gula dan air. Campur sampai semua gula aren meleleh.
  • Tambahkan santan kelapa, kayu manis dan bubuk jahe, kemudian aduk dengan baik sampai campuran mendidih.
  • Tambahkan semua daging durian ke dalam kuah yang manis, aduk dengan baik, taruh kedalam Cawan.
  • Sajikan dengan beras ketan

Prawn Creole

Bahan :
  • 2 sendok makan minyak nabati ( Aku menggunakan bunga matahari)
  • ½ cangkir bawang merah cincang
  • ½ cangkir seledri iris
  • 1 Siung bawang putih, iris
  • 1,395g buah tomat
  • 8 oz tomato passta
  • Garam secukupnya
  • 1 sendok teh gula
  • 1 sendok teh cabai bedak bagi menjadi 2 bagian
  • 1 sendok makan kuah Worstershire
  • 500 g udang masak
  • ½ cangkir cabe hijau
  • Beras yang dimasak untuk konsums
Pembuatan :
  • Panaskan minyak didalam panci dan goreng sebentar bawang merah, bawang putih dan seledri sampai setengah matang.
  • Tambahkan buah tomat dan passata, garam, gula, cabai bubuk, Worstershire kuah dan didihkan sekitar 20 menit.
  • Tambahkan cabe hijau dan didihkan perlahan-lahan sekitar 5 menit, kemudian tenambahkan udang dan panaskan.
  • Sajikan bersama nasi

Nugget Bandeng


Substance :
  • 500 gram of flesh bandeng without husk
  • 3 chicken's egg item
  • 2sdm tpg tapioka
  • 750 ml of cooking oil for the manggoreng of 
Flavour:
  • 5 garlic , chop up
  • 3sdt leek , chop up
  • 1btg onion leaf / bwg prei
  • 2sdm briny ketchup
  • 1sdt sesame oil
  • salt sufficiently 
Coat substance:
  • 1butir chicken's egg
  • 100 gr of protein whole-wheat
  • 100gr flour panir 
WAY OF MAKING
  1. Heating cooking oil , tumis garlic & leek make fragrance lift Mingle the substance & other flavour , swirl to flatten
  2. Decant the dough of fairish dlm box brass 15×15x3cm have pallet to plastic. smooth down 
  3. Heating pan, steam the matured dough till 15 minute. lift & made cool. cut the log
  4. Rolling of dough of dlm whole-wheat flatten. Dye in rest of egg yg shaked, lift
  5. Then overthrow in flour panir
  6. Heating oil, fry the dough until yellow chocolate. lift the & leak.
Present the warmness 
For 15 cutting.

CAKE of BEET SWISS


Substance
  • 10 egg yolk
  • 600 gr of sand sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of peel rasp
  • 600 gr of bean almond, attenuating
