ES AGAR LECI


Bahan:
  • 1 kaleng buah leci
  • 200 gr sari kelapa
  • 500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
  • 100 ml sirup merah
Puding:
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk warna merah
  • 50 ml air
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
  • Es batu secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
1. Buat puding: rebus agar-agar bersama air dan gula
pasir sampai mendidih.
Tambahkan vanili bubuk, masak sebentar, angkat.
Taruh dalam pinggan tahan panas
lalu dinginkan.
2. Setelah mengeras, potong dadu kecil.
3. Siapkan gelas, isi dengan potongan puding,
leci, sirup merah, sari kelapa,
dan santan. Tambahkan es batu secukupnya.
Sajikan segera.

Kue Lapis Legit


BAHAN
  1. 570cc atau 30 butir kuning telur
  2. 525-600 gram Orchid butter dikocok
  3. 100 gram tepung terigu
  4. 300 gram gula pasir
  5. 3 sdm susu manis
  6. 1 sdm bumbu kue lapis (dapat dibeli di toko-toko bahan kue ataupun di supermarket)
  7. ½ sdt vanila
CARA MEMBUAT
  1. Kuning telur, gula dan vanila dikocok sampai naik.
  2. Masukkan bumbu lapis dan terigu, terakhir masukkan mentega kocok.
  3. Siapkan panggangan dengan api atas, 200°C.
  4. Gunakan loyang berukuran 20x20x8 cm. Dasar loyang diberi mentega dan kertas roti lalu dipoles lagi.
  5. Masukkan 3-4 sdm adonan, panggang selama 5 menit. Setelah kuning, poles loyang dengan mentega kocok, lalu ditekan-tekan lapis yang sudah matang, masukkan 3-4 sdm adonan, panggang lagi. Ulangi terus sampai adonan habis.
  6. Sesudah adonan habis, sediakan kertas roti untuk alas kue yang sudah matang. Loyang yang berisi kue dibalik di atas alas kertas roti. Potong-potong, siap dihidangkan.

COOKIES NATAL


RECIPES

  • 3 3/4 cups all−purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1−1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Decorator sparkling sugar

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually blend in the sifted ingredients until fully absorbed. Cover dough, and chill for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease cookie sheets. On a clean floured surface, roll out small portions of chilled dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Sprinkle with decorator sparkling sugar. Bake 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are barely brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.

Decorator Sparkling Sugar:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup food coloring

Preheat oven to 150F. Stir sugar and food coloring together and spread the mixture in a shallow baking pan. Place the sugar in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove when the liquid has evaporated. Cool. Store sugar in a tightly−covered jar.

Cinnamon Cake


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (garam)
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 1 1/3 cups white sugar (gula putih)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs (Telor)
  • 2/3 cup milk (susu)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and lightly flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Stir together the flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat shortening, 1 1/3 cups white sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating for at least 1 minute after each egg. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Remove cake from pan while it is still warm, and poke holes around the top of the cake with a fork. Pour the warm cinnamon syrup into the holes and onto the top and sides of the cake.
  • To Make Cinnamon Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup white sugar, butter, water, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Heat and stir until butter melts.
