Nugget Bandeng


Substance :
  • 500 gram of flesh bandeng without husk
  • 3 chicken's egg item
  • 2sdm tpg tapioka
  • 750 ml of cooking oil for the manggoreng of 
Flavour:
  • 5 garlic , chop up
  • 3sdt leek , chop up
  • 1btg onion leaf / bwg prei
  • 2sdm briny ketchup
  • 1sdt sesame oil
  • salt sufficiently 
Coat substance:
  • 1butir chicken's egg
  • 100 gr of protein whole-wheat
  • 100gr flour panir 
WAY OF MAKING
  1. Heating cooking oil , tumis garlic & leek make fragrance lift Mingle the substance & other flavour , swirl to flatten
  2. Decant the dough of fairish dlm box brass 15×15x3cm have pallet to plastic. smooth down 
  3. Heating pan, steam the matured dough till 15 minute. lift & made cool. cut the log
  4. Rolling of dough of dlm whole-wheat flatten. Dye in rest of egg yg shaked, lift
  5. Then overthrow in flour panir
  6. Heating oil, fry the dough until yellow chocolate. lift the & leak.
